Custom PC Builds
It is entirely tailored to you. You tell us your budget and what you will be using the PC for (e.g., gaming, video editing, office work). We will design an optimized parts list, source the components, assemble the system with professional cable management, install Windows and drivers, and run stress tests to ensure complete stability before handing it over.
Yes, absolutely! If you have already purchased your parts, we offer an assembly-only service. We will build it, test it, and set it up for you, provided all your parts are mutually compatible.
Once all the components have arrived at our workspace, assembly and extensive stress testing usually take between 3 to 5 business days.
Yes. We provide a 90-day warranty on our assembly labor. The individual hardware components themselves are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which typically range from 2 to 5 years. We will help with RMA claims for hardware purchased through us during the first 12 months. After that, claims are handled directly between you and the manufacturer.
PC & Laptop Repairs
We operate strictly as a collection and scheduled drop-off service. We do not have a public storefront, which allows us to keep our overheads low and pass those savings directly on to you. We will arrange a convenient time slot to collect your machine or provide a secure location for you to drop it off.
We charge a flat £40 diagnostic fee to physically test your machine and find the exact fault. If you choose to go ahead with the repair quote we give you, this £40 fee is completely waived and deducted from your final bill.
We handle both hardware and software issues for desktop tower PCs and laptops. This includes blue screen (BSOD) errors, slow performance, broken laptop screens, failing hard drives, power supply failures, component upgrades, and virus removals.
We always prioritize data safety and do everything we can to keep your files secure. If a repair requires an operating system reinstall or drive replacement, we offer data backup services. However, if your PC is still bootable, we always highly recommend backing up your critical files before handing it over.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Our deep clean completely strips away dust, pet hair, and debris from all internal components, fans, heatsinks, and power supply filters using specialized, static-safe equipment. We also clean the exterior of the chassis so it looks as good as new.
Yes, our deep clean service includes removing the CPU cooler, safely cleaning off the old, dried-out thermal paste, and applying fresh, high-performance thermal paste. This drastically improves heat transfer and lowers your system temperatures.
We recommend a professional deep clean every 6 to 12 months. Regular maintenance prevents overheating, stops performance throttling, and extends the overall lifespan of your hardware, especially if you have pets or work in a dusty room.
